0.Introduction
The world of languages is evolving quickly.An increasing number of people are willing to adopt a foreign language—English—to communicate with citizens of a different country.An example of this is"Euro English",a kind of lingua franca used to communicate in Europe,but not al-ways fully understood by native speakers of English from outside Europe,both because the meanings of words are changed (e g.:"current " becomes " actual "," offer "becomes "propose","possible" becomes"eventual",etc.) and because the pronun-ciation may be far from standard.
