EDITORIAL
Beginning with the current issue,Frontiers of History in China will add a new feature called ”New Scholarship in China.” This column will introduce new articles from academic journals and chapters from the latest edited volumes.It will help Western scholars of Chinese history to familiarize themselves with the growing range of scholarship produced in China by providing abstracts of newly published work.We will also choose articles from jikan—the series or essay collections published regularly but not able to register as journals due to admiinstrative regulations—for inclusion in the column.We plan to extend the column to cover new history books in the near future.
