In July 2010,China's Ministry of Education approved the commission of an important project in the area of philosophy and social sciences,to be completed by Professor Shao Bingjun.The final result is Prof.Shao's Textual Criticism of the Spring and Autumn Annals (4 volumes of over 1,700,000 characters in total),which has been published by the Higher Education Press.The book represents an important contribution to research on ancient Chinese literature.
