自我表露在慢性病患者中的研究进展

摘要：

自我表露作为一种改善患者健康结局简单而有效的干预手段，已被国外学者关注并广泛应用于慢性病患者的自我管理，而国内相关研究较少。本文介绍自我表露的定义、意义及测量工具，并对慢性病患者自我表露的影响因素及干预研究进行综述，以期为国内开展自我表露研究提供参考，促进慢性病患者自我管理及心理健康。
