摘要：

It is increasingly essential to understand education policies and practices with reference to globalization. With the wide spread of globalization and marketization, the interconnection of different countries enhance culturally, economically and politically. Aiming at being competitive in human capital resources on global stage, reforms of higher education seem principal to many countries, especially developing countries.
