On March 1，the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries held an online dialogue meeting on local cooperation between China and Bavaria，Germany.Mr.Huang Qiang，Governor of Sichuan Province，Mr.Deng Yunfeng，Vice-Governor of Shandong Province and Mr.Zhang Xin，Vice-Governor of Guangdong Province discussed with Mr S?der，Governor of Bavaria. An agreement on twinning relationship between Sichuan and Bavaria was signed at the meeting.
