摘要：

Information value lies in innovation. Information innovation can provide high quality service for information users, enrich the content of information studies and enable librarians and information workers to play their parts to the full. The process of information innovation can be divided into the following stages: seeking demand, seeking truth, seeking perfection, systematization, predictability, etc. In order to implement information innovation, we must have rational structure of knowledge,consciousness of innovation, strong ability to acquire documentary information and ability for expression.
