摘要：

Information-based acquisition explores acquisition management law from the perspective of information. In this article, the significance and status of researches on information-based acquisition are discussed, the necessity to carry out information-based acquisition research is clarified, and some key problems such as methodology in researches on information-based acquisition are pointed out.
