Leaf spots amphigenous, dark, blackened regions epiphyllous or on both sides of the leaves, sparse or aggregated, circular or ellipsoidal, 0.1-0.5×0.2-1.0mm, shining-black, protuberant. Ascomata 71.2-96.2×73.5-164.9μm, immersed into the mesophyll,globose. Asci 48.7-79.1×10.7-13.6μm, 8-spored,cylindrical, short-pedunculate, apex rounded or slightly sharp.
