@@ The ragweeds, especially Ambrosia trifida L., have become widespread and difficult to control in the Shenyang area. A recent investigation of natural enemies of the harmful weeds resulted in the finding of Puccinia xanthii Schwein. f. sp. ambrosiae-trifidae S.W.T. Batra in China. The rust spreads rapidly, causing serious disease and showing a great potential of biocontrol to the weed.
