@@ 背景:睡眠和全麻在神经生理上某些相似性,使全麻恢复睡眠剥夺后的睡眠平衡成为可能.然而,麻醉对睡眠平衡的作用尚不清楚.为了证实全麻可促使睡眠剥夺后的恢复,作者让大鼠持续24 h不能睡眠后,给以6 h的睡眠或异丙酚麻醉,并比较了两种不同处理后睡眠的特点.
