A Universally Beneficial and Inclusive Economic Globalization:Connotations,Logical Basis and Contemporary Relevance
The world is undergoing seismic upheavals unseen in a century.Globalization feces complex challenges and attacks from the political forces advocating reverse globalization and deglobalization.Pessimistic arguments such as"the end of globalization"1 and"global trade fragmentation"2 keep rising.The open world economy is at a crossroads.The Central Conference on Work Relating to Foreign Affairs in 2023 proposed a universally beneficial and inclusive economic globalization.It clarified Chinas position and expounded the Chinese proposition on globalization to the world.The proposal put forward Chinas plan to transform economic globalization,supported maintaining an open world economy and enriched the theoretical connotations of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.
