China”s backlog order size continues to shrink

The monthly report issued by CANSI on June 27 says that from January to May this year,the economic operation of China”s shipbuilding industry kept a stable situation with twodigit growth of major economic indexes.However,under the impact of such adverse elements as slowing down of foreign demands,appreciation of domestic currency,rise of integrated cost and tightening up of fund supply,China”s backlog order size continued to shrink,necessitating readjustment without hesitation of ship product structure.
