摘要：

The Digital Silk Road is a crucial factor in enhancing the connectivity of the Belt and Road Initiative,facilitating advantageous industrial cooperation,and promoting global economic growth.It is suggested to 1)establish regulations and guidelines for the flow of data,cross-border data transfer,data localization,and data sovereignty;2)promote the digitization and modernization levels of countries along the route as a crucial starting point for reshaping the industrial chain;3)increase capital support and arrangement for the development of the Digital Silk Road along the BRI and in the connectivity of the global capital market;4)strengthen the soft connectivity of the Digital Silk Road to enhance digital literacy of countries along the route and increase cooperation in training and education;5)strengthen the cooperation among government,industries,universities,and research institutes to facilitate the utilization;and 6)strengthen the prevention and control of digital security,network security,and traditional and non-traditional security in terms of risk prevention and control.
