On November 6, the First Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange was convened in Chongqing. Yuan Jiajun, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee, read out the Congratulatory Letter from President Xi Jinping during the opening ceremony. Ding Xuexiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and the Vice Premier of the State Council, attended and addressed the opening ceremony.
