On February 25th, the opening ceremony and the first session were held for the Seminar on International Communication Capabilities for Foreign Affairs Service Personnel, co-organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government and Yuzhong District Government. Zhou Yi, Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government and Deng Guanghuai, Vice District Mayor of Yuzhong attended the opening ceremony and delivered remarks.
